The REALTY CHECK INSPECTIONS report is the result of 30 years building construction and inspection experience and meets the nationally recognized standards of practice of the American Society of Home Inspectors®  (ASHI®) The inspector will present a verbal report and commentary as he proceeds. The written report is a combination checklist/narrative* report, so that nothing is missed; yet problem areas are covered completely and specific to that property.  This written report will be completed on site and presented at the end of the home inspection. 

The REALTY CHECK Executive Summary provides a concise summation of the home inspection report. This inspection report becomes a document of lasting value to the client. It includes locations of emergency utility shutoffs, a maintenance schedule, life expectancy chart, replacement costs and other features.
