Your inspector, Jim Oler, has completed an intensive four year B.Sc. program in Building Construction at Brigham Young University in Utah and fulfills extensive Continuing Education requirements as a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI).     The broad background of practical experience and education of your REALTY CHECK inspector in the construction and inspection fields enables him to provide a wide range of inspection services.  Mr. Oler has completed over 600 full Commercial Inspections and reports including over 60 HUD Mark-to-Market reports in 20 states.  In addition he has completed hundreds of roof inspections, reserve studies and other construction consulting services.
